1. Service Description

We provide a service that allows users to store WhatsApp contacts and generate VCF contact files for download. Users can submit their contact information, which is stored in our database and made available for other users to download.

2. Membership Levels

We offer three membership levels:

• Free: Limited features, including no spaces in names and an 8-character limit for names.
• Premium: Allows spaces in names and a 25-character limit, requiring payment of a fee.
• VIP: Enhanced features including a verification badge, requiring payment and additional verification.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their verification key
• Not submitting any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights

4. Privacy and Data Usage

We collect and store the information users provide to us. This information is used to provide our services and may be shared with other users through the VCF files. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Payment Terms

Premium and VIP memberships require payment. All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. VIP Verification

VIP members must undergo additional verification, including providing identification documents. These documents are used solely for verification purposes and will be kept confidential.

7. Contact Name Changes

Changes to contact names require payment of a fee, as specified in the system.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and reliable services, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user's access to our services for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
